Analyze the Information
Once the facts are on the table, we look for key patterns and
corroborating evidence in the data to identify the root cause or
causes of the performance issue.
Design the Solution
Working with you, your in-house experts and external experts as
necessary, Envision Group designs a full set of possible solutions
to the performance issue. We identify all the necessary resources
for each potential resolution and the expected 'bang for the buck'.
We then work with you to build a consensus on the best way to move
forward.
Implement the Solution
Depending on the nature of the solution, the need, and the resources
available, Envision Group will work with you to implement the designed
solution.
Measure the Results
We follow through to help you identify what changed or improved
as a result of the implemented solution, and the bottom-line impact.
