Scope the Project

We work with you to identify the issues at hand, clarify the expected results of the effort, and understand the resources required.

Envision Group works rigorously to gather objective, defensible information that shapes the problem definition, using all of the tools and techniques appropriate to the situation, including interviews, surveys, existing documentation, and observation.

Analyze the Information

Once the facts are on the table, we look for key patterns and corroborating evidence in the data to identify the root cause or causes of the performance issue.

Design the Solution

Working with you, your in-house experts and external experts as necessary, Envision Group designs a full set of possible solutions to the performance issue. We identify all the necessary resources for each potential resolution and the expected 'bang for the buck'. We then work with you to build a consensus on the best way to move forward.

Implement the Solution

Depending on the nature of the solution, the need, and the resources available, Envision Group will work with you to implement the designed solution.

Measure the Results
