We are looking for top performing training and performance consultants to join our team and support our growing client base.

To fit into our team you must be dedicated to customer excellence, driven by goals and incentives and have the ability to deliver high quality outputs under tight deadlines. As an organization we use the “work hard, play hard” motto—maintaining success in life is just as important to us as it is in business. We can deliver serious results without being “stuffy” and most of our team prefers to work virtually, set their own schedules, and tackling business challenges as they best see fit. Our Instructional Design consultants need to be self-starters, as there will be no micro-managers here.

As a company, we stay on top of leading processes, leadership strategies and improvement techniques, and genuinely care about our customers. • Apply analytical skills to evaluate, report and continuously improve the effectiveness of developed training programs.
  • Conduct front-end analysis, content analysis and lead the course design process, or participate on a development team.
  • Refine, document and maintain instructional design strategies and standards utilized by Envision Group Consulting learning services consultants.
  • Organize learning analytics data, maintain and develop reports for the assessment of learner feedback, trends and opportunities for additional client programs or revisions to existing programs.

  • Strong creative thinker who possesses excellent communication, brainstorming and problem solving skills.

Ability to motivate others and build consensus within a team, but willing to secure action and closure when necessary to achieve results and meet deadlines.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment to our company and our clients, Envision Group Consulting provides a competitive hourly consulting rate. Hourly rates are based on comparable industry rates, your experience and your ability to manage projects and clients while working independently. We regularly celebrate our consultants' achievements and milestones through reward programs, bonuses and celebration dinners.

We are members of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and prefer for our consultants to be members of appropriate professional organizations to support their professional growth and development.
